It’s Genetic!

I come from a family of very talented people, both maternal and paternal. We consist of visual artists, musicians, vocalists, dancers, and writers. With each brush stroke I celebrate my mom, Betty J. Robinson-Burton, who is a visual artist and clothes designer/tailor.

We’re phenomenally beautiful. Our hues tell the secrets of our intense diversity. We must admire, adore, admonish, and appreciate our intense gorgeousness.

African Sun

My DNA test indicated my Angolan heritage. I have so much to learn about my African family history. For now, I’ll allow my paintings tell my stories, hopefully, spiritually connecting me to my ancestors.

The Overseers

I have spiritual guardians watching out for me, protecting and guiding me. It’s usually that soft breeze brushing my check or the soft whisper of my name.
